Step 1: Intake Call & Registration
Start with a brief phone intake. Our office will review your needs, explain the evaluation process and help you complete registration before your first visit.
Step 2: The Initial Evaluation

Your initial consultation lasts approximately two hours. We begin with a clinical interview and assessment measures, including the Brown Attention/Executive Function Rating Scales.
The visit also includes memory and cognition tasks and screening for related concerns. Together, we discuss the findings, your questions, and recommendations for treatment and follow-up.
​A brief consultation summary is available on request. More detailed reports, including accommodation reports, involve an additional fee and may take several weeks.
